FREE Design and Quotation Service

Getting the right conservatory does not need to be a daunting experience, here at Scott James Commercial Ltd, from the initial contact to the finished conservatory, we pride ourselves on working with our customers.

Firstly, from when one of our expert conservatory designers visits the site to discuss your requirements, we will discuss with you all the alternatives available, so that you will be able to make a fully informed decision on the type of conservatory that is going to suit your needs and suit the type of property you have. We will also make sure that you are informed of all the product options to ensure that the right materials and construction methods will be used so that you can enjoy your conservatory all year round.

If required, we will also deal with any planning or building regulation issues

We will then provide you with a full six page specification for your conservatory along with full CAD drawings showing the proposed design.

Should you decide to proceed with the conservatory you will have your own dedicated conservatory project manager to oversee the construction process from building and manufacturing survey to final completion.
